Body Zen trains ejaculation control with no account, no ads and no tracking. Your sessions stay in the browser on your device.
Your training stays on your device
Your sessions, your training level, your session history and your saved settings are stored in your browser on this device. Body Zen never receives them, and they are not linked to your name or to any account.
Your progress is still there when you close the browser and come back. It stays until you clear this site's data in your browser. A private or incognito window deletes it when the window closes, so train in a normal window to keep your progress.
Your practice plan is kept in your browser too, unless you turn on reminders (see Reminders below). A progress backup code or file, and a calendar file, are created on your device and are yours to keep; Body Zen never receives them.
No tracking
Body Zen uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies, and does not follow you across other websites. No other company collects information through the trainer. The only cookie is the login cookie of Body Zen's own admin page, which visitors never receive.
Feedback, reminders, email reminders and the challenge board are optional. The sections below say what leaves your device when you choose them.
Feedback
If you send feedback, Body Zen receives the name you enter and how you want it shown, your age, your location if you add one, your feedback, and your email address if you add one. Feedback can describe your sexual health, so the form asks your permission before sending it.
Body Zen keeps your feedback on the server that hosts the site and emails it to hello@bodyzen.app, to read it and reply to you. Your email address is never published and is never added to a mailing list. Showing your words on the site is a separate choice: Body Zen publishes feedback only if you tick the publication box and Body Zen approves it.
Challenge board
If you join the challenge board, the name you choose, your age, your country and your challenge results appear on the public board on the home page. Your results describe your sexual training, so the trainer asks your permission before you join. You can use your initials instead of your full name.
Anyone who opens the site can see the board and copy what it shows, and a search engine may keep a copy for a while after you leave. Leaving the board in the trainer takes your name off the board straight away, and your results are kept privately so you can rejoin later. To delete them for good, email hello@bodyzen.app with the board code the trainer shows you.
Reminders
If you turn on reminders in the practice planner, your browser first asks your permission to show notifications. Body Zen then receives your practice days, your session time, your time zone and the notification address your browser creates for this site. It does not receive your name, your email address or your training data. The notification address only lets Body Zen send notifications to this browser, and your browser's maker, such as Google, Mozilla, Microsoft or Apple, delivers them.
Body Zen uses these details only to send a reminder 10 minutes before each planned session. To stop, untick the reminder box in the planner and save, or block notifications for bodyzen.app in your browser settings. Body Zen deletes the details when you turn reminders off, when your browser stops accepting them, or after eight weeks in which you neither change your plan nor open a reminder.
Email reminders
If you choose email reminders or occasional emails in the practice planner, Body Zen receives your email address and which of the two you chose, and for reminders also your practice days, your session time and your time zone. Body Zen first sends one email asking you to confirm, and sends nothing else until you press its button. Reminders then arrive 10 minutes before each planned session. Emails are sent through Resend, the email service Body Zen uses.
Every email has a link to stop it. Body Zen deletes your email address when you stop the emails, and deletes a sign-up that nobody confirms within seven days. Your email address is never published, sold or shared for advertising. If you chose occasional emails, Body Zen writes to you now and then about Body Zen, and each of those emails has its own link to stop them.
Browser extension
If you install the Body Zen browser extension, it reads your training progress on bodyzen.app and keeps a short summary in your browser, so it can show your level, your recent sessions and your next planned session, and remind you before it. The extension sends nothing to Body Zen or anyone else. Removing the extension deletes its copy.
Videos
The videos on this site play from YouTube after you press play, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies to them.
Server logs
Hostinger, the company that hosts bodyzen.app, keeps standard access logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running. Body Zen does not use these logs to identify you, to build a profile or to contact you.
Your rights
You can ask Body Zen for a copy of the information it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw a permission you gave, or object to how it is used. Email hello@bodyzen.app with the name you showed and the email address you used, if you used one. Body Zen replies within one month. If you live in the UK or the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Adults only
Body Zen is for adults aged 18 and over. The feedback form and the challenge board do not accept an age under 18. If Body Zen learns that it holds information from someone under 18, it deletes it.
